Here is the last (well I think it is) of my Christmas cards for 2019, I made this card for Mum.
Cardstock: White, red
Dies: Sue Wilson: Festive Collection: Ruffled Edge Christmas Frame, Christmas Angel 2019
Other: Foam tape, glue, double-sided tape, paper
To create the card base, I folded a piece of A4 white cardstock in half. Using the #1 die from the Ruffled Edge Christmas Frame set, I cut the card base, positioning the top of the die above the fold
Using dies #1 and #2 , I cut a piece of white cardstock, I then cut a piece of red cardstock using die #1, and adhered these with glue. I then attached these to the card base.
I used die #3 to cut a piece of red cardstock, and then cut a piece of whit cardstock using dies #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7, this resulted in two die cuts, which I adhered to the red die cut with clue. I then attached this to the card base with foam tape.
I cut a piece of white paper with the Christmas Angel, wings and scroll dies, adhered these together with glue, then adhered it to the top of the card with foam tape. (Don’t tell anyone, I had meant to do this with cardstock, picked up what I mistakenly thought was leftover cardstock, and only realised after I had cut it and was getting the wings out that it was leftover patterned paper – turned upside down…but it worked so I was happy 🙂 )
Merry Christmas Mum xx
Bye for now,
