Time for another birthday card, today is my niece’s birthday. Here is her card.
Ink: Memento Espresso Truffle, Tim Holtz Distress Inks: Mowed Lawn, Pickled Raspberry
Paper: Heartfelt Creations “Sugar Hollow”
Stamps: Heartfelt Creations Botanical Rose and Classic Leaf
Dies: Heartfelt Creations Botanical Wings, Classic Leaf and Regal Borders and Pockets
Other: Foam tape, Double-sided tape, Distress Crayon Mustard Seed
I cut an A5 card base and trimmed the Sugar Hollow paper to fit. Using Ornate Regal Die A and Ornate Regal Outline die A, I diecut the outside edge of card base, and sponged lightly with Picked Raspberry ink. Using Ornate Regal Outline die A I diecut the edge of the Sugar Hollow paper. I adhered the two pieces with glue.
Using the Heartfelt Creations Botanical Rose stamp, I stamped in Espresso Truffle and cut the images out with the matching dies. After colouring the centres of the flowers with Mustard Lemonade Seed Distress Crayon, and sponging the petals edges with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, and the leaves with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink, I shaped the flowers and leaves and adhered to the card with glue.
