Hi there,

This month, the swap has an “Open” theme, the only requirement was that pink had to be the predominant colour.

Cardstock:  White, pink
Ink: Memento: Espresso Truffle
Dies: Sue Wilson: Frames and Tags Collection, Mallory

Stamp: Sue Wilson: Finishing Touches, Cosmos Flower
Other: Foam tape, double sided tape, glue, Chameleon Pens, Kindy Glitz, Flower Shaping tools

I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Cosmos Flowers set on white cardstock, coloured them with Chameleon Pens, cut them out with the corresponding Cosmos Flower dies, spritzed the backs with water and shaped them with flower shaping tools, then set aside to dry.

I created an A5 card base from pink cardstock.

Using die #1 and #2  from the Mallory set, I cut a piece of white cardstock, then with die #3 and #4  I cut a piece of pink cardstock, then finally with die #5 I cut another piece of white cardstock and stamped the sentiment from Cosmos Flowers on it.  I adhered this to the pink die cut with glue, then adhered the pink die cut to the white die cut with foam tape, then adhered this to the card base with foam tape.  I then positioned the flowers and leaves, and adhered with glue.
