Tulip Birthday

Hi there,

Time for another birthday card, this one is for another aunt.

Darkroom Door Full Bloom

Ink:  Memento Cottage Ivy and Grape Jelly
Cardstock:  White, SU Lovely Lilac
Stamps: Darkroom Door Full Bloom Volume 1
Dies: Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and Small Deckled Mega Rectangles
Embossing Folder: Spellbinders Splendid
Other: Double-sided Tape, sponge

Darkroom Door Full Bloom

I stamped the image using the Grape Jelly for the flower and Cottage Ivy for the stem and leaves, and stamped onto white cardstock.  I then cut and embossed using the number 4 die from the Small Deckled Mega Rectangles set.

Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles

Using the number 4 dies from Resplendent Rectangles, I cut and embossed a piece of Lovely Lilac, then cut and embossed a piece of white cardstock using the number 5 die from the same set.  I then layered each piece using foam tape.

Spellbinders Spendid M-Bossability

I cut an A5 cardbase from Lovely Lilac, and embossed the front of the card with Side A of the Splendid Embossing Folder (this is the inside of the card), then adhered the topper using foam tape.

Spellbinders Small Deckled Mega RectanglesI stamped the sentiment in Grape Jelly, cut and embossed using the number 3 dies from Small Deckled Mega Rectangles, and with the die as a mask, sponged with Grape Jelly.  I then adhered the sentiment inside the card using foam tape.
