Today I’ve made a card for the Crafty Friend’s Challenge #10 “Sentimental”.  The challenge is to have a sentiment as the focal point of the card.

CFC10 9Inks: Victorian Velvet and Black Soot Distress Inks
Cardstock:  White
Stamp: Darkroom Door Art de Fleur Vol 1
Spellbinders: Labels 25
Other: Martha Stewart Tea Party Crafting Paper, Foam Tape, Dimensionals, Double sided tape, Megumi  #108 Orchids, Clear Nail Polish

CFC10 2I stamped the sentiment from Darkroom Door Art de Fleur Vol. 1, then cut it out with the second largest Labels 25 die.  Using the die as a mask, I sponged Victorian Velvet Distress ink.

CFC10 11I covered the front of the card with Martha Stewart paper, cut to size, and then mounted the sentiment with foam tape.

CFC10 3I then added the paper tole that I had made.  The flowers were layered with dimensionals, and covered with a layer of clear nail polish.

Bye for now,
