Oh Christmas Tree

Time for another Christmas card, this time I have used stamps from Darkroom Door.  I LOVE their Christmas stamps, and can’t wait to use more of them 🙂

Yuletide Vol.1 1

Ink: Tea Dyed and Pine Needles Distress Inks
Cardstock:  White, Cream, Khaki (? not sure what colour the matting is)
Stamp: Darkroom Door Yuletide Volume 1
Spellbinders: Nestabilities Classic Rectangles Small and Classic Rectangles Large
Other:  Double sided tape, Foam tape, Ruby Red Liquid Pearls

Yuletide Vol.1 2

The trees and sentiment were cut out using a die from Nestabilities Classic Rectangles Small.  The die was then used as a mask to sponge.  I love this techniquw…thanks Linda 🙂

Yuletide Vol.1 3

The matting for each were cut with a die from Nestabilities Classic Rectangles Large.   The sentiment was mounted on foam tape, to add some dimension.

Liquid pearls were added for a touch of bling…

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

SSIC Challenge #161,  use a tree in our projects,

Christmas Stampin’ All Year Long #32 – Anything Goes

Bye for now,

Penny
